Opening Times

Opening times vary between 09:00 – 09:30 throughout the year. 

Closing times vary between 17:30 – 18:00. Please check before you visit. 

Late entry recommended 1 hour before closing but you should allow at least 2 hours for your visit.

How to Get There

By tube:

Baker Street underground station is on the Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, making it a short, easy journey from anywhere on the central London tube network.


By rail:

Marylebone Station is within 10 minutes walking distance of Madame Tussauds. Euston, Kings Cross St. Pancras, Paddington, Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross mainline stations are all within five stops on the tube.


By road:

Marylebone Road is an extension of the A40, one of the major routes in and out of London. Marylebone Road joins up with the Euston Road which passes by Kings Cross.

By coach:

There is a coach drop off and pick up point situated on Marylebone Road.


By bus:

The following bus numbers travel to Madame Tussauds:

13, 18, 27, 30, 74, 82, 113, 139, 159 and 274

Take a break at the end of your trip to Madame Tussauds at Costa Coffee, situated at the main exit.

 

Wheelchair access:

Wheelchair access is possible at Madame Tussauds - due to limited capacity, visitors are asked to telephone us in advance on 0870 400 3000.

 

Pushchair facilities:

Unfortunately, pushchairs are not permitted due to safety reasons. We do however, provide a safe area for leaving pushchairs.

 

Toilets:

There are a number of toilets (including disabled toilets) located within Madame Tussauds and the Auditorium..

 

Gifts:

Ticket Terms

You MUST take a print-out of your voucher to gain entry to the attraction. Your voucher has your unique tracking number and barcode and is your only proof of purchase. Please therefore print your voucher at the end of the booking process.

Choose your preferred date for your visit and your voucher will be delivered electronically at the end of the booking process.
