The Whisky Regions Discover how Scotland’s whisky producing regions influence the unique flavour and character of their single malts.

 

The former Master Blender will explain about his life in the whisky trade 150 years ago and let you in on some of the secrets to the art of blending whisky. 

 

Our fascinating ride through history completes your tour with the sights, sounds and smells of whisky history.

On street parking is available on Johnstone Terrace. You can pay with coins in the meter or by mobile phone. 

There is a multi storey car park on Castle Terrace – top level, Kings Stables Road – bottom level.

Amber Restaurant:
Enjoy some of Scotland’s finest produce in our restaurant Amber. We select the best local and regional ingredients from suppliers in Scotland – the seasons guide our menu and we can compliment your meal with the perfect whisky to match.

The Bar:

The bar is a must for the whisky enthusiast with well over 300 single malts, blends and whisky liqueurs. If you would like something truly different you can try one of our new Whisky Cocktails! Our Whisky Appreciation Society will get you started on the road to discerning the differenced between Single Malts from various regions and also give you some handy discounts in the Bar and Shop.
