MoMA's rich and varied collection constitutes one of the most comprehensive and panoramic views into modern art in the world, and has grown to include over 135,000 paintings, prints, photographs, drawings, sculptures, films and design objects. The Museum also maintains an active schedule of exhibitions highlighting significant recent developments in the modern visual arts and new interpretations of major modern artists and art historical movements.
Recently reopened after a dramatic renovation, The Museum of Modern Art is now 630,000 square-fett, nearly twice the size of the former facility, offering dramatically expanded and redesigned spaces for exhibitions, public programming, educational outreach and scholarly research.
The gallery building now houses the main collection and temporary exhibition galleries. The lobby will offer expansive views of the Rockefeller Sculpture Garden and a light-filled atrium that soars 110 feet above street level.
All tickets and services sold by 365 Tickets and its associated affiliate websites are contracted by and supplied to 365 Tickets directly or by an authorised regional agent.
The Museum does not have a parking garage. However, MoMA visitors and members receive discounted parking at the nearby 1345 Garage. Parking stubs must be validated at the Lobby Information Desk or Film Desk in the Museum Lobby. Parking is first come, first served.
