Blackpool SEA LIFE Centre Tickets

Blackpool SEA LIFE is where you can experience an underwater adventure with an amazing collection of marine and freshwater marine creatures.

Walk through our amazing underwater acrylic tunnel and see the incredible sharks glide silently above and around you.

Step through our sunken galleon and discover Pirates, The Legend of Blackbeard. Be surrounded by the beautiful Caribbean Reef and discover the creatures that have made their home in the ghostly wreck.

Relax in our sea view café whilst younger visitors can explore the soft play area complete with slide and ball pit.

Informative talks and feeding presentations throughout the day provide a deeper insight into the marvels of the marine world.

Did you know?

There are more sea snakes in the world than any other type of snake
Almost all sea snakes are venomous
As little as 6mg of venom from a sea snake can be fatal. So, considering an average bite may contain up to 20mg of venom, these beautifully coloured creatures pack a mighty punch!
Some have venom 10-40 times more potent than that of a Cobra

Regular talks and feeding take place throughout the day. Please check information board on day of visit. Interactive touchpool presentations all day.

How to Get There

The Sea Life centre is situated on Blackpool’s Golden Mile between Central Pier and the Tower.

Road
Follow the M55 onto Yeadon Way and into the Blackpool Central Car Park (pay & display) just behind the centre.

Rail
Nearest station is Blackpool North. Bus and Taxi ranks available.

Bus
Well serviced by all promenade buses.

Tram
Regular trams along the promenade.

Top Tips

Recommended quieter visiting times during the summer are 10:00 - 11:00 and 15:00 to close.
