PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ISSUE YOU WITH A TICKET EXCHANGE VOUCHER THAT MUST BE TAKEN TO THE BRITISH VISITOR CENTRE, 1 REGENT STREET IN LONDON (OR ANY OF THE OTHER INFORMATION CENTRES LISTED BELOW FOR THE GREAT BRITISH HERITAGE PASS) TO BE EXCHANGED FOR YOU PASS(ES)

All customers collecting Passes must provide the following documentation to the house security staff:

- Photo Identification (Passport or Driving License)
- Credit Card used to purchase the Pass(es)

Under no circumstances will any Passes be issued without the above documentation.

  • Free 160 page guidebook contatining information about opneing times, maps and directions to every Tourist Attraction, Shop and Restaurant participating in the Pass. 
  • No Queues / Skip the Lines - London Sightseeing Pass holders are entitled to Fast Track entry skipping the ticket lines
  • Leisure time FREE entry to movies at selected Cinemas, Ice skating, bowling and Namco Pleasuredome


The London Sightseeing Pass with Travelcard

Travelling in and around London can be fun with transport services that take you to London Sightseeing Pass attractions. When you choose your London Sightseeing Pass with transport, all of your journeys within Zones 1-6 are paid for. You can get to all of The London Sightseeing Pass attractions using the Travelcard, even Windsor Castle, with Thames Trains.


To use your travel, The London Sightseeing Pass and Travelcard must be valid, signed and dated ready to travel. Purchasers of a 6 Day London Sightseeing Pass including travel, receive a 7th day of travel, FREE!

Important Notice
Passengers boarding a bus in central London are now required to have paid for their journey prior to travelling. Which is another reason to purchase your London Sightseeing Pass with travel.


What you get with your Travelcard
Travel on London's Buses, Underground Trains, Overground Trains, Docklands Light Rail and Tramlink, for the dates and duration you require. There is additional travel to Windsor Castle on Thames Trains with a valid Zone 1-6 Travelcard and a valid London Pass. 1/3 discount on Riverboat services.

Travelcard restrictions
Travelcards for 1 day, 2 days and 3 days (off-peak) can only be used after 9:30am Monday-Fridays on the day of validity and for any journey that starts before 04.30 on the following day. Saturday, Sunday and public holiday incur no restrictions.

Multi-day travelcards are valid for use on consecutive calendar days. 7 day Travelcards incur no restrictions.

Access to Airports
The only airport accessible with your Travelcard is Heathrow. If you are flying into Heathrow you will be able to use your Travelcard on the Underground after 9.30 am, if you have purchased a 1 day, 2 day or 3 day pass with travel. Arrival on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday incurs no restrictions. If you have purchased a 7 day pass with travel, you can use your Travelcard straight away at any time! You will be in central London with no hassle before you know it.

As Gatwick, Stansted and Luton Airports are outside of Zone 6, you will be required to pay some or all of your journey into central London depending on which service you use.

You will need to present your voucher at the Britain & London Visitor Centre to receive your London Sightseeing Pass(es) as well as comprehensive details concerning all the attractions that may be visited. Your London Sightseeing Pass(es) will be activated at the first time of use.
All customers collecting Passes must provide the following documentation to the house security staff:

- Photo Identification (Passport or Driving License)
- Credit Card used to purchase the Pass(es)

Ticket Terms
You MUST take a print-out of your voucher to receive your Pass(es). Your voucher has your unique tracking number and barcode and is your only proof of purchase. Please therefore print your voucher at the end of the booking process.

Choose your preferred date for your visit and your voucher will be delivered electronically at the end of the booking process.

Voucher delivery by fax or post is available on request during the booking process.
