SEA LIFE München
At SEA LIFE Munich, you can experience the fascinating diversity of the underwater world of Isar and Danube right to the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea with all its inhabitants. 

In the numerous tanks, you can watch fish and other sea creatures – from tiny seahorses to rays and sharks. A particular highlight is the glass tunnel that runs through the Mediterranean tank.

Over an area of 2,200 square-metres, Munich’s freshwater and seawater aquarium provides you with interesting facts and exciting experiences for both young and old.
At SEA LIFE Munich, visitors follow the flow of the water from the Isar to the Danube and on to the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. On two floors, they not only experience the fascination of the German and Mediterranean underwater world, but are also given an extensive insight into the various ecosystems. 

The highlight of SEA LIFE Munich is the 400,000-litre Mediterranean tank with a 10-metre long underwater tunnel. In the new special exhibition “Sea Turtles”, which has been running since Easter 2008, visitors can experience the mysterious world of these unusual sea creatures.

April to September:

How to Get There
The SEA LIFE Munich can be reached by public transport and by car.

By car:
Follow the signs on the “Mittlerer Ring” in direction to the Olympic Park there you will find a SEA LIFE parking guidance system (walking time max. 5 minutes).

Public Transport:
Take the Tube Number U3 in direction “Olympiazentrum”. Follow the signage to SEA LIFE Munich (walking time about 10 Minutes).

Coach parking available near by in Olympia Park next to the ice skating hall.
