How do I find the tickets I want?

Navigate our site by country/city destination or by product category (e.g. Theme Parks). You can also enter keywords in our search box - please double-check your spelling so we can have a better chance of finding the correct product for you. However, if you still cannot find what you are looking for, then go to our A-Z Product Index which contains all of our current products. How do I book tickets online?

Booking online is both simple and secure. Once you have located the attraction you require, choose the date of visit and number of people for each ticket type and proceed to the next screen and follow instructions.

How do I find special money-saving offers online?

We always have special offers on our site! Click on our latest 'Special Offers' and it will take you straight to all the different options. We also offer combination discounts of up to 10% when you book several attractions at the same time. You don't even need to visit them all on the same day, as they can be spread over a 2-week period. After you have chosen to buy the first attraction, the reduced price you would pay if you chose another attraction will be indicated. The attractions available to add are shown on a drop-down selection list. When you have chosen all the attractions you want, click the 'proceed to checkout' button.

How do I add attractions to my booking and save on the gate price?

When you have selected your first attraction, a drop-down selection list offers additional attractions and the price grid tells you how much you will save on all chosen tickets.

How do I request a date or time that is not offered online?

When attractions are date and/or time specific, we may not show all the possible options. If this is the case, you will fine a 'request' button after you have chosen the date you require. Follow the request procedure and your booking will be dealt with within 24 hours - usually quicker depending on the time of day your order is sent.

When will I get my Tickets or Vouchers?

If you have chosen electronic delivery for a product that is available for the time and/or date you require, your voucher will be available for you to print at the end of the booking process. The system will also send you an email with hyperlinks to your voucher/s to print at a later date.

If you have chosen fax delivery, your voucher will be faxed within 24 hours - usually quicker depending on the time of day your order is sent. If you have chosen regular mail, your vouchers will be sent by first class post within 24 hours - usually quicker depending on the time of day your order is sent.

After that, we are in the hands of the postal authorities and although delivery is usually within their advertised times, occasionally it takes longer or may have been delivered to the wrong address. We suggest that you do not request mail delivery if your visit is less than a week away.

What do I do if I can't print my Vouchers?

If you can't print your vouchers please try the following:

- Make sure your printer is connected and working.
- Try printing from another website to make sure you are not barred.
- Forward the email you receive with the voucher links to a friend or neighbour   
  who may be able to print them for you.
- Email us at marketing@theticketlady.com and provide us with your booking
  tracking number and a fax number or mailing address to send your vouchers if
  there is sufficient time.
- If all else fails telephone us on the number listed in the email confirmation for
  advice. Do NOT buy new tickets when you get to the attraction as you will
  already have paid for your tickets and will be subject to our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I do not receive my vouchers by email?

If you do not receive the email confirmation, it may be because you did not insert your correct email address when you booked. Send us an email to marketing@theticketlady.com giving us your booking tracking number and we will send the voucher link to the address from which you sent the email or another preferred email address.

If you have given us your correct email address and still have not received your confirmation, it may be because you have spam filtering in place. If so and you cannot retrieve the email from your spam list, please add our domain mame 365tickets.com to your trusted domain or white list - and ask us to send the voucher link again.

AOL spam filters frequently do not allow our emails through. If you have an AOL address it would be helpful if you put our email address (marketing@theticketlady.com) and/or our domain name (365tickets.com) into your white list before you make your booking. If you haved already booked and not received your email, first check your spam folder. If you cannot locate the folder or the email, put us on your white list and then email us to ask for your voucher to be resent. It may be easier if have a non-AOL address that we can use. You might like to consider using the address of a friend or neighbour who will print your voucher for you.

What happens if I do not receive my vouchers by fax?

Please make sure the fax number you sent us is correct and that your fax machine is connected and working. Then email us at marketing@theticketlady.com quoting your booking tracking number and restating your fax number and we will send it again.

What happens if I do not receive my vouchers by post?

Please let us know by email at marketing@theticketlady.com or by telephone on the number listed in your confirmation and give us your booking tracking number and restating your full address and we will post it again

Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch cards and charge no additional processing fees when you book online.

Are my payment card details secure when I book online?

Your credit card detials go directly to our Credit Card merchant Lloyds TSB Cardnet via Protx, a secure online processing service recommended by our bankers Lloyds TSB Bank. We never take your credit card details into our own databases.

Is my personal information secure?

Your personal information is taken in secure forms and used only for the purpose of creating your voucher/s and contacting you if there is any problem with your booking. If you have checked the box giving your approval to us sending you details of special offers or information about new products, we will add your email address to our mailing list and send you the occasional email - never more than 6 each year because we know how tedious unexpected emails can be! If you have spam filtering in place please add our domain mame 365tickets.com to your trusted domain or white list.

What charges are included in the ticket price?

Your admission charge, any taxes, any booking fees and any credit card processing charges. These costs may be separated out in the email confirmation you receive from us - but the price you see advertised on our website is the price you pay and on presentation of your vocuher at the venue, guarantees admission subject to the operational status of the attraction.

Can I reschedule my booking or get a refund?

If the attraction is closed through adverse weather or other force majeure, rescheduling or refunds are immediate and free of any fees. If you request to reschedule or cancel your visit, a fixed administration charge of GBP 5.00 (or equivalent in other currencies) will be made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Will you contact me if there is a problem?

It is always advisable to check operational status with the venue on the telephone number shown on your voucher before setting out. If there is any problem with your booking or payment details we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number and email address stated in your booking. If we discover that a false number or address has been used, we will cancel your booking and inform the venue that your voucher is not valid.
