TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF ATTRACTION TICKETS

These Terms & Condidtions apply to all tickets offered for sale by 365tickets.com, theticketlady.com or any of its affiliate sites. The term 365 Tickets in any paragaraph below applies to any site within the 365 Tickets Group.

TICKET PRICES
Prices of individual products displayed online are inclusive of taxes and any booking fees.

DISCOUNTED COMBINATION BOOKINGS
The system will offer the opportunity of adding additional products at checkout point when the first has been selected, showing the amount to be saved. At the end of the booking process, vouchers for all the attractions will be offered according to the delivery method chosen. Attractions booked separately will not be subject to combination discounts. Additional discounts may not be available on certain products on special offer at a discounted price.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN
Unaccompanied children are not permitted to attend any attraction. Any booking made for an unaccompanied child will be taken as confirmation that the child will be joining a party under the supervision of an adult aged 18 years or older. Neither 365 Tickets nor its affiliate sites will be held responsible if a child is turned away at the venue, nor will the ticket be refundable.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Can be ordered by product or amount. Your unique Voucher Number and Security Code will be located on the voucher and when you click on the link in Customer Instructions on the Gift Voucher, you will be asked to enter the number and code in order to display what is available and the number of days left for redemption. If you have used part of your gift voucher, subsequent visits to the redemption procedure will show details of what you have already used and what you have left. If you wish to spend more than the credit available, the additional balance must be paid by debit or credit card in our secure online forms.

ADMISSION PRICE CHANGES OR CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS
Any price increases imposed by our Suppliers or caused by currency fluctuations are applied immediately to the products sold on this site. The price confirmed to you and paid for by you at the time of booking will not be affected by subsequent price changes and your voucher delivered by 365 Tickets or any of its affiliate sites will be accepted at the venue regardless of when it was purchased.

CONFIRMATION AND ISSUE OF TICKET/S OR TICKET EXCHANGE VOUCHERS
At the end of the payment process, your booking will be confirmed online and your voucher (see credit card security below) will be delivered electronically or, if requested, by fax or first class post. Confirmation and hyperlinks to retrieve vouchers (if you elected not to print at the time of booking) will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of booking. If you have entered a wrong address or have spam filtering in place (see SPAM below) please telephone us or email us at info@theticketlady.com to explain and we will explore ways to get your vouchers to you. If you chose Fax delivery, please make sure your correct fax number was entered and that your fax machine is switched on within five minutes of making the booking as fax delivery is often very quick. If you chose postal delivery, your vouchers will be mailed to you by first class post within 24 hours of making your booking. Occasionally, mail does go astray and if you have not received your voucher within a reasonable time, please let us know and a duplicate will be mailed. 

CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY OF ACTUAL PRINTED TICKET/S 
At the end of the payment process, your order will be confirmed online and your departure date, visit date and mailing details electronically submitted to the supplier for fulfillment. Your tickets will be mailed to you by first class or express post in accordance with the timeframe selected during the booking process. If your tickets have not been received within the selected timeframe, please telephone us or email us at info@theticketlady.com to explain and we will explore ways to get your tickets to you.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
In the majority of cases actual hard copy tickets can not be re-issued if lost or stolen.  It may be possible that the tickets can be voided although this process may take several weeks.  If tickets are successfully voided a partial refund may be available, however, this is subject to the suppliers terms and conditions.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Because of a recent increase in attempted card fraud we have had to institute stricter security checks on bookings for certain attractions. If the CV2 number from the back of your card has been entered incorrectly or if the billing address for your card statements does not exactly match your issuing bank's records, delivery of your voucher will not be immediate. You will see a screen at the end of the booking process explaining what has happened. In certain cases we might have to run the credit card charge manually to override the online booking. Please bear with us if this happens. Credit card security is just as important to you as it is to us.

AMENDMENTS OF VOUCHERED BOOKINGS
There are two clear and distinct types of booking and each has its own amendment policy and terms & conditions.

Freesale products are those which do not require a supplier confirmation. Can be amended if at least 24 hours’ notice is given by telephone or email. For amendments within 24 hours a change may be made at the sole discretion of 365 tickets. There will be a charge of GBP 1.00 (USD 2.00, EUR 1.50) applied to each change per booking. No amendments after the date printed on the voucher will be accepted. 

CANCELLATION OF VOUCHERED BOOKINGS
There are two clear and distinct types of booking and each has its own cancellation policy and terms & conditions.

Freesale products are those which do not require a supplier confirmation. With these, if you wish to cancel, you must notify 365 Tickets no later than 72 hours before the date printed on your voucher. A cancellation fee of GBP5.00 (EUR7, USD10) will apply and be deducted from your refund which will be processed back to the credit/debit card used at time of booking. For cancellations within 72 hours any level of refund is at the sole discretion of 365 tickets. No cancellations after the date printed on the voucher will be accepted.

Bookings with a supplier confirmation. These are bookings which have the supplier's own confirmation printed on the voucher as well as a 365 Tickets reference. For these, cancellations must be advised at least 7 days prior to the date printed on the voucher and are subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions. In some extreme cases cancellations may be required more than 7 days before. Please ask at time of booking. In the unlikely event that the supplier also may levy a cancellation charge, you will be notified of this at the time of cancellation. For cancellations of more than 7 days in advance a 365 Tickets GBP5.00 (EUR7, USD10) cancellation fee will apply.

For cancellations within 7 days of the date printed on the voucher these are subject to the supplier's own terms & conditions and will need to be referred back to the supplier or attraction and will incur cancellation charges as levied by the supplier or attraction, plus 365 Tickets own GBP5.00 (EUR7, USD10) cancellation charge. 

In some cases, cancellation within 72 hrs of the date printed on the voucher can result in 100% cancellation charges. No cancellations after the date printed on the voucher will be accepted.

ACTUAL PRINTED TICKET CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel you should notify 365 Tickets immediately. If notification of cancellation is received prior to the date your tickets are dispatched to you, 365 Tickets will refund 90% of the total order price. If you cancel after the date your tickets have been dispatched to you, a refund of 80% of the total order price will be made, but ONLY on receipt by 365 Tickets of your tickets which must be returned within one month of dispatch. The returned tickets must not be defaced or damaged in any way and must not have been used. This cancellation policy applies to actual ticket products only such as Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Busch, Wet n Wild, and Islands of Adventure. For cancellation of vouchered products please see the previous paragraph.

SPAM
Confirmation of your booking is sent to the email address which you enter at the time of making your booking. However, if you have spam filtering on your email account, our email might not get to you. Before starting your booking, please add our domain 365tickets.com to your list of trusted domains, sometimes referred to as the white list, to ensure that the email with your voucher links reaches you.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• 365 Tickets tickets/vouchers and those of its affiliates are sold subject to availability in the case of request bookings and subject to the Terms and Conditions imposed by our Suppliers. 
• Neither 365 Tickets nor its affiliates will be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by 365 Tickets or its affiliates and has no control over our Suppliers and cannot be held responsible for any act or omission of our Suppliers or their servants, agents or employees.
• Neither 365 Tickets nor its affiliates can be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing whether caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours or temporary or permanent closedown of Attractions made by our Suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeur. In no circumstances whatsoever shall 365 Tickets or any of its affiliate sites be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, any liability of 365 Tickets and that of its affiliates shall be limited to the price paid for the tickets/vouchers.
• Neither 365 Tickets nor its affiliates have any control over the Theme Parks / Attractions / Entertainments / Shows / Restaurants / Sporting Events / Tours and all details and descriptions in relation thereto are for guidance only and have been provided to 365 Tickets and affiliates by our Suppliers and copied by 365 Tickets and its affilaites for your information as accurately as possible. Neither 365 Tickets nor any of its affiliate sites accept liability for any inaccuracy in the information contained on this or any affiliate website, which may be altered at any time without prior notice and also reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the offers as published in this website.
• Unless otherwise agreed these conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Jersey Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey. It is hereby deemed that all contracts have been made in the jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.
